What is the Wine Club?

The Wine Club is a curated monthly membership designed to make discovering great wine easy and enjoyable. Each month, members receive hand-selected bottles chosen for quality, balance, and drinkability, along with access to member-only tastings and exclusive perks.

How does the subscription work?

 Memberships are billed automatically on a monthly basis. Wines are curated in advance and either prepared for pickup or shipped, depending on your selection at checkout.

Can I cancel anytime?

 Yes. Memberships can be canceled at any time through your account portal. There are no contracts, penalties, or awkward conversations—once canceled, you won’t be billed again.

When will I be billed?

 Billing occurs once per month on your membership renewal date. You’ll receive a confirmation email each time your membership renews.

What wines will I receive? Can I choose them?

 Our team curates each selection to highlight variety, seasonality, and quality. Selections are not customizable, but the goal is discovery—approachable wines you’ll actually enjoy drinking, not bottles that gather dust.

What if I don’t like a wine?

 Taste is personal. If something truly misses the mark, let us know. While individual bottles can’t always be exchanged, we value feedback and use it to refine future selections.

Do memberships include tastings?

 Yes. Each membership includes access to exclusive member-only tasting nights. The number of reservations included depends on your tier. Reservations are required and availability may vary by date.

Can I bring a guest to a tasting?

 Member reservations are included per membership. Additional guests may attend if space allows and may require a guest tasting fee.

Do I get discounts on additional wine purchases?

 Yes. Members receive a standing discount on additional wine purchases, both in-store and online, depending on availability.

Can I skip a month?

Yes. Members may skip a month directly from their account dashboard. To keep the club active and fair for all members, each membership is allowed up to three skips total. After a third skipped month, the membership will automatically be canceled. You’re always welcome to rejoin at any time.

Is there a minimum commitment?

 No. Stay as long as you’re enjoying it. Leave anytime.

Do you offer shipping or pickup?

 Both options are available, depending on your location and local regulations. Shipping fees, if applicable, are calculated at checkout.

Do I need to be home to receive shipped wine?

 Yes. An adult (21+) must be present to sign for all wine deliveries, as required by law.

What if my bottle arrives damaged?

 Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll make it right.

Can I change my membership tier later?

 Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time through your account. Changes will apply to the next billing cycle.

Is this a good gift?

 Very much so. Wine Club memberships make excellent gifts. Gift memberships and digital gift cards are available.

Do I need to be 21 to join?

 Yes. You must be 21 years or older to purchase or receive wine.
