At Lux Neon Art Gallery, we strive to provide our customers with a satisfying art-buying experience. If, however, you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer the following refund policy:

1. Eligibility for Refund: You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your artwork.

2. Condition of Artwork: The artwork must be returned in its original condition, undamaged and with all accompanying materials.

3. Refund Process: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at [email protected]. We will guide you through the return process and issue a refund once we receive and inspect the returned artwork.

4. Refund Amount: The refund will cover the cost of the artwork, minus any shipping fees or additional charges incurred during the purchase.

5. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
