Wet Venue Rental (Hosted Bar Experience) offers exclusive access to Lux Neon Art Gallery with a fully managed, turnkey event setup designed for elevated social and corporate gatherings. This option includes professional on-site staff, curated beverage service, and complete cleanup—allowing hosts and guests to focus entirely on the experience.

The gallery is reserved for private use and features immersive neon art installations that serve as a striking visual backdrop throughout your event. Bar service includes champagne, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages for up to 40 guests, with service staff present during the event and professional cleaning handled both during and after. The space is fully reset following the event, and no cleaning deposit is required.

Refund & Returns

At Lux Neon Art Gallery, we strive to provide our customers with a satisfying art-buying experience. If, however, you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer the following refund policy:

  1. Eligibility for Refund: You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your artwork.
  2. Condition of Artwork: The artwork must be returned in its original condition, undamaged and with all accompanying materials.
  3. Refund Process: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at customer_support@luxneonartgallery.com. We will guide you through the return process and issue a refund once we receive and inspect the returned artwork.
  4. Refund Amount: The refund will cover the cost of the artwork, minus any shipping fees or additional charges incurred during the purchase.
  5. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

  4. Tracking: Once your artwork is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.
  5. Damaged Items: If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
