- Eligibility for Refund: You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your artwork.
- Condition of Artwork: The artwork must be returned in its original condition, undamaged and with all accompanying materials.
- Refund Process: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at customer_support@luxneonartgallery.com. We will guide you through the return process and issue a refund once we receive and inspect the returned artwork.
- Refund Amount: The refund will cover the cost of the artwork, minus any shipping fees or additional charges incurred during the purchase.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
